Sherman is a software engineer and entrepreneur who has been investing in tech companies for nearly a decade.
Sherman co-founded Raven Protocol which focuses on decentralized compute for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He was also a partner at Zeroth.ai, an AI accelerator acquired by Animoca.
He started his career doing machine learning at Yahoo and Ask.com, scaling platforms for hundreds of millions of users. He graduated from UC Berkeley where he studied Computer Science and Linguistics.
Mike is a former startup founder who has launched products and led growth teams in blockchain, developer tools, B2B SaaS, consumer tech, and sports. His work has garnered tens of millions of revenue across multiple industries and company stages.
He recently led marketing for Thesis*, Panther Protocol, UTU, and Meter, growing communities and token holders by 10x.
Mike is also a mentor for Techstars and advisor to startups. He attended Lehigh University (MatSci), Georgia Tech (IE), and NYU Stern (MBA).
